The holes in the membrane are so small that sweat vapour can pass out so the boots are breathable, but a water molecule cannot pass in, so your feet remain dry and comfortable throughout the day.

As the name suggests, Dry-X™ technologies are designed to keep you dry in wet weather. Although all Xpert™ footwear will provide some wet weather resistance, users that are outdoor for long periods of time, or that are working on wet ground, are recommended to wear a product with the Xpert™ Dry-X™ Waterproof and Breathable Membrane.
