2 Day Delivery – We try our best, but we can't guarantee!


Unfortunately, we simply don't have control over our delivery partners. They try their best and so do we, but sometimes delays can occur. Please bear this in mind when making your order. All delivery times stated are approximate and with the best intentions.


Shipping Method/Courier Option


The delivery time you select during your purchase determines the shipping method and courier used to ship your order. Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier company, it's pretty much outside of our control until you receive it.


Order Dispatch and Processing


We aim to dispatch orders on the same day as the order is placed. This is governed by stock availability and what time the order is placed. There are other occasions where demand for certain products will outstrip supply and in these cases, the delivery may be delayed. If this issue should arise, you can be assured a member of the Farm Bros. team will contact you to let you know and keep you informed. The very nature of Covid-19 has the potential to impact our entire supply and delivery channels. Where this may occur, you can be assured that we will always make this obvious to you on our website, and at the checkout stage before you purchase your item(s).


Delivery and Shipping Small Print


Terms and conditions for delivery are applicable in the UK only. Farm Bros. endeavour to meet any delivery date stated, however, without question, dates provided are intended as approximate guides only. Farm Bros. shall not be held responsible for any delay in the delivery of goods howsoever caused, nor shall it be liable for any damage, consequential loss or expense arising from failure to deliver goods by the due date. Claims for shortages or damaged goods must be received by email to orders@farmbros.co.uk within 3 days of receipt of goods. The 'Purchaser' should ensure at the time of delivery that goods are signed for as damaged or incomplete, failing which, Farm Bros will not be liable in respect of any such claim and goods shall be deemed to have been delivered in a complete and satisfactory condition. Claims for non-delivery must be made in writing to Farm Bros and the courier (Royal Mail or DPD) within 14 days of ordering.
